I present you with a rondeau on this 22nd day of April. I'm pretty new to this form, so was practicing it the other day, and when I read the prompt required repetition I thought of my rondeau. *wink* Hope you enjoy it.

Children take to jingles and in time come to assimilate with the words, form opinions. And oh, how those words that seem benign hurt us all. Hatchet those mean words out!

Day17 Prompt: think about dogs you have known, seen, or heard about, and then use them as a springboard into wherever they take you. This one reminded me of the town priest.
