When the answers sound like questions and they seem to make no sense, know that you're not alone. Some things are not meant to make sense. Just take a moment to think of this: the mightiest of mountains, brightest of stars; earthworms, eggplants, and slugs-- all protons, neutrons, electrons. Just like you! That's what matters.
I was a good tree climber back in the day. For their fruit-- mango trees, coconut trees, avocado trees. And for seed pods, you could find me perched on a flamboyant tree. What about you. Which trees did you climb?
If the things that you surround yourself with give you joy and gratifying moments, embrace those things. You need them-- that's not clutter.
Some things, one never forgets, and that includes feelings and smells too. For me, Christmas smelled like apples and cinnamon and spices and home.
When the seams start tearing away, it's time to tarry awhile in curiosity. So cut yourself some slack-- pause and get curious about something besides work.
