What did you do today? I spent the day saying my goodbyes to my favorite flower/tendril-bearing vines. Now, I send up a request for more blooms next year.

Remember when we wished a Happy New Year to each other? That was nine months ago. How time flies. For the rest of the year, I pray that we remain grounded in the lessons we’ve learned already. May we use them to the best of our capabilities so that we can continue to grow. May the rest of the year be extraordinary.
Zoom out, and listen to the silence talk back, relinquish your need to distract. With aplomb, serenity, and slowness observe yourself from above. Speak if it improves the silence but slowdown, hurry up...
