Needing a break from my 'regular' routine, I ventured south on the one sunny day we had this week. I walked on wooden boardwalk of the harborfront park, and took pictures to share with you.
I offer you an Abhanga: written in any number of 4-lined stanzas with 6-6-6-4 syllables each. Lines 2 and 3 rhyme resulting in a xAAx scheme. The poem needs a title.
A sad day for Japan today expressed with an Abhanga Poem to represent thunderstorm clouds that look like tussore-silk curtains over Japan. RIP, Former PM Abe.
