You’ve Never Seen This One Before, Neither Have I

Awe is the color
Hope is the theme
Gratitude, the frequency
Optimism is the word

Hello, my lovelies. Popping in here real quick to say thanks (again) for blessing me with your support and friendship. Last year would have been a drag if it hadn’t been for You.
My heart swells with gratitude.

The sky: December 31st, 2021 and January 01st, 2022

You haven’t seen this one before— this new day— and neither have I. And so, as we stand at the start line I want to wish you a Spectacularly Happy New Year.

May light shine brightly
in all corners of the world
on those who need it most

May kindness be
the most normal thing
we give and receive
in abundance

May all the stories we tell
be of hope,
awe, acceptance
and cooperation

May we find a way
to ward off those 2degrees,
point of no return—
forever

May we find our
zone of extraordinary
in everything
we encounter

May all those dreams
that never happened
come to fruition
this New Year

I’ve been relaxing, recharging, and restructuring with
my better half since December 22nd
and will be for another week when I’ll return in earnest.
Thanks for being here with me,
and from my humble abode to yours,
Happy New Year, my friends.
