On the road again... galavanting with my childhood bestie, so here's a triolet I wrote in the wee hours of the night. Off prompt. I was first introduced to this form on Day Four. Hope you like it. #nationalpoetrymonth
The two babies we had the privilege of birthing are young men now. I'm amazed at how fast the time zoomed by. Occasionally I think of that time and remember it like yesterday. Nostalgia. I pray for our young people the world over.
... she soon put down her needlework, made one of those loose lax poses that come naturally to her, and at once smiled and stretched out her arms to him... stitched in prose.
