I Wish That You… (because life is fleeting)
Happy last Sunday in August, my friends. May the winds this week provide smooth sailing into the new month.
Wrote a haiku about the cotton flower wilting, aged enough to explode into fluffy bolls. Also wrote about polka dotted ladies at work in limit of heat. Please enjoy.
It gives me great pleasure to introduce you to yet another author/poetry collection. This one will remain with you ever so gently even after you close the book. Enjoy the trailer at the end.
Writing to a prompt inspired by a Leonard Cohen song. Inviting you to read my imperfect offering. I bless all your endeavors.
The #WDYS prompt this week shows a young girl standing on a bridge, wearing a big smile and a t-shirt that says: “Future Leader”. I couldn't help writing to this lovely prompt.
This book is educational, empathetic, encouraging and full of light. I really believe this should be available to all humans. Please read my Amazon Review.
Read more about the symbolism of sunflowers: Sunflower Meaning, Sunflower Meaning & Symbolism, and Ukraine’s National Flower. And then read my haiku, please. xo
I'm feeling ambitious, so I wrote a golden shovel for the W3 prompt this week. I hope you enjoy it.
A month ago, I was busy and wishing I was more prepared for everything that was happening. Did I thanked everyone enough. In case you missed the interview, here is a rerun to inspire and hopefully encourage you to do what I did. xoxo
“remorse weighed heavy in my heart. I departed with a love I never had the chance to confess.” P. 27 I think you will like this book. xo
Just in case you missed these interviews the first time they aired, here's a rerun. Just in case you're in need of some inspiration and encouragement, I hope these offer that. Thanks for your continued support.
