Essence of Life: Hope

Aside: yesterday I found a well developed post showing celebrities in regalia parading their wares on the world stage. Also clips of (perhaps) famous people sitting on long tables and scattering—I mean vulgarly— throwing food at each other.

On the other extreme of that clip was Palestine…

Oh my, someone got it right! I thought immediately and “reposted” the clip.

But today, my repost has been removed. instagram 🤦🏽‍♀️

I fold.

I’m challenging myself to write a Palindrome poem! Residue from the palindrome form of a few weeks ago.

In a palindrome poem, the carefully placed words are readable both forward or backward, word for word.

Environments unfamiliar
Run over timely
Humans celebrate togetherness
Tethered hearts unleash
Bright days embrace lives
Words respected reverently
Noxiousness dissipates
Remembrances purely sacred
Worlds connect
Silence amplifies serenity
Gratitude infallibly heartfelt
Hope infallibly heartfelt

- Essence -

Heartfelt infallibly hope
Heartfelt infallibly gratitude
Serenity amplifies silence
Connect worlds
Sacred purely remembrances
Dissipates noxiousness
Reverently respected words
Lives embrace days bright
Unleash hearts tethered
Togetherness celebrate humans
Timely over run
Unfamiliar environments

Thank you for this beautiful palindrome poem of hope Selma.

    P.S.

Instagram can be very tricky at times. I’ve tried to post poems about significant issues around the world, like war and poverty – sadly, they take it down after 😔

all social media is biased. They have their own agenda and algorithms … But social media is not the world. The word still survives. Thanks for coming to visit the poem dear, Mich. Blessings.
