When we express gratitude for what we have, we are healing the world… Tikkun Olam ***
On this day, I decided to make you privy to the kind of conversation
I have with my higher power at night. It varies slightly now and then
but this is the template I stick to.
THANK YOU I shed my skin I shed my cares For I know God’s extraordinaire He sees my sorrows; my soul does keep His beacon’s bright for all His sheep With promise strong I weathered storms Assured His love is uniform So now that Sun has gone to sleep And Moon doth shine, my love is deep My bed is warm Reverent is my spirit My eyes get heavier By the minute If tonight I travel to the promised land I pray the Lord will take my hand If I’m to see another day I pray that He will guide my way Shed all my cares I feel adored A choir of angels In perfect accord * And I invoke for the same for all the people of the world So Be It Thank you *** © 2021 selmamartin.com
Appreciation is the highest form of prayer.
It helps to heal the world.
"Appreciation is the highest form of prayer, for it acknowledges the presence of good wherever you shine the light of your thankful thoughts." ~ Alan Cohen

Hi
Selma
The great short words use in. I have with my higher power at night. It’s slightly now & then. I pray to god.
I’m so happy to know you have these special moments, too, Raj. Gratefulness connects us to each other (no matter the distance). Thanks for the comment.
I know Selma, No matter it. But I hoped. I see Near me.💘
This is beautiful Selma and yes to the practice of gratitude every day 🙏
Glad you agree, dear Bernie. And Gratitude: yes! I know you keep a gratitude journal. I know you know. Lovely. Thanks for reading. Be well. Good night.
♥️
Thanks, DiosRaw. 😉
A beautiful and powerful prayer Selma, thank you so much for this ❣😇
Aww, these moments of disconnecting from things to connect with our higher power— The Dude, like my friend Pam has dubbed hers, are necessary in our busy lives.
Thanks for gracing me with a comment here. I know you pray. Love you for it.
When we pray we lower the noise frequency to the level of the universe and that has ripple effects all over the world. We pray for all.
Be well. 🙏 💕
Yeah thats so true, we need to take time to pray from our busy lives and yes we pray for all ❣️😇
Be well you too ❤️
So beautiful, Selma. Gratitude needs to be practiced every day.
Yes, like anything else, we need to flex the muscle.
And the results, however small we might think they are, are huge really.
When we pray we lower the noise frequency to the level of the universe and that has ripple effects all over the world. We pray for all.
The butterfly effect. That.
Be well. I pray for you. Pray for me please. Thanks. Win-win. xoxo
I pray for you, Selma.
Aww. Thanks.
Lovely. ☺️
