I navigate the blogosphere and am amazed at all the ways bloggers interact in this
loveliest of places, where I’m starting to feel more and more at ease.
Sometimes I jump in and try my hand: I feel like a kid in a candy store and want to nip
a bite out of every prompt.
Others offer support, comment, and move on.
And sometimes, something in the eccentricity of a message or the comforting opulence of the shadow of the words squeezes my heart, and I feel like crafting a reply.
The following is one such instance: A post from my friend Stephen W. Buchanan at
the muttado website, where, if you haven’t got a sonnet, a ha’sonnet will do just fine.
Have you ever visited? If you haven’t, please go take a peek, dear friends. So cool.
Here’s the one that made me react this time and what I read— the projected image,
went something like this: Give Me My Quiet and Rhyming Tools. Thinking that made
me smile. No offense meant. I’m sure Stephen must have so much more than rhyming
going on in his life. I bless you, my friend. xo

And so, I wrote… This one’s my ha’sonnet:

Thanks for reading. Enjoy your weekend everyone. If you hear that the leader of
N. Korea was testing out more missiles and it landed in Tokyo, be worried for
me: my dear ones and I are in the capital this weekend for my son’s wedding.
Thus, I continue to ask you to send me good vibes. Thanks in advance.

hehe. Rhyming: one needs to be in to mood to achieve a good rhyme. I get you. Thanks for reading and commenting, Jules. Blessings.
