From the highest point of the mountain
At the clearing where spring arrives first
I look to the sky and out to the sea,
And wave at boats going to far-off shores
Each boat is laden with commodities
For folks on the other side of the world
Will they know that I waved and sent them
Heart balm from this glade where spring docks first?

Waving at the boats reminds me of a scene in Titanic when Jack told his Italian friend to wave at the crowd when the ship was leaving the shore. His friend replied that he didn’t know anybody but Jack said that it didn’t matter. The act of Waving was more important. I believe that the boats will know that you sent them heart balm and love. ❤️
