And the bugs
behind yellow mums
regard the moon

The bugs stop to regard the moon, as does the cat in the image. Such a great

Written for Word Craft Poetry #TankaTuesday.
Thanks for reading and viewing the 28-second-long video.

Now carry on…
the moon will not wait.

Beautiful words and I love the image at the top of this post. A perfect silhouette of the cat against the moon. The Instagram video is lovely, too. What a joy to see all the wildlife and little creatures there. Xx 💛😘

Balancing energy… I’ve just started alternating (prerecorded video classes) of Enerchi and Yoga 🙂
I think even in the few days… those classes are helping with some of my ‘old’ bones 😀

    1. Selma Martin

Whose old bones are you talking about? Anytime someone says old bones I recall that Otis Redding song
Sitting at the Docks of the Bay.
      Bless you.

        My old bones… pre Ostio…whatever.
But I’m still young at heart 😀
