look for a tall tree
follow it to its crowning
feel yourself uncoil;
your eyes climb up to the sky
cede—invite your body up

    Beautiful poem and imagery Selma. I love the added last line that spoke volumes of the contrasts between the tree and newbirth. Well done!!
