The Collaboration, blog promotions, Colleague-Interviews here and there, Meet The
Poet Feature, Book Reviews on WordPress and there, and here, here, and now
participation in a Book Tour: I never knew it could get so good. It has surpassed
all my wishful expectations.
THANK YOU.
The camaraderie and warmth and acceptance I feel here on
WordPress is not something to be taken lightly, and I don’t.
But how does one give back? Can one give back to such a community?
Well, I will do it the best way I’m able: I’ll continue by way of Amazon purchases,
Reviews and social media promotions. That is my promise, but while I promise, I
want you to keep in mind that I’m a slow reader (I cannot help this; don’t think
I can change). But the reviews will come–count on that!
Today, I invite you to join me on a Book Tour.
Is a Book Tour like a library on wheels? I think so. And I’m overjoyed to invite you
to one hosted by another giving friend, D.L Finn, who has gifted me her precious
time today. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Hop on, my lovelies, and continue reading more about this at D.L. Finn’s
website for “A Book Tour”:
Thank you most dearly, Denise.
I appreciate you doing this for me
and my debut poetry collection.
And I’m most elated that you also
posted your review on Amazon and Goodreads.
Thanks from
the bottom of my heart.
“the wind disguised from me
the cry of the river
you won’t hear it either
unless you climb the bank
the poem disguised
itself from me
it hid in burrows
and places I wouldn’t go looking:
inside shadows, whispers and echoes
until one day I saw rainbows on my eyelashes
—come with me, I’ll help you find your poem…”

We can all help each other, especially when we know the pitfalls of publishing because we have done it ourselves.
So right, Diana. This community is the best by far.
It’s in lifting another human that we get anywhere.
May we look down only when we’re helping someone up. Up. Up. Only then.
Thank you. I love your altruistic words of wisdom.
Now let’s contaminate the world with more kindness. Bless you. XoXo
