Dectina Refrain: Tinged Living Lessons

no
matter
how much we
try to prolong
the day to make it
last longer, eventide
arrives bearing nuances
of untrammeled virtues, in tones
of splendidly tinged living lessons
no matter how much we try to prolong (it).

Dectina Refrain Poetry Form

This poetry form was first introduced to me by Cara Mia in NY.
It’s a fun poetry form I’ll go to for a long time.

May the end of the year find you in good health and stress free.

May at the end of the year we turn to our stillness within to allow the true meaning of the season to seep in.

I bless you and wish you safe, joyous, and bright festivities: Happy Winter Solstice and Merry Christmas.
