Day13 Glo/NaPoWriMo: Tune In To The Right Frequency To Manifest

***

Day Thirteen

on APRIL 13, 2022

Hello friends, what a lovely prompt at NaPoWriMo today as this theme
of luck and awesomeness in ordinary living is the stubborn gladness of
all Pollyannas I know. *wink* So, I’m participating in two prompts for the
tremendous joy the prompt brings me. Thank you, Maureen.

In moments of uncertainty
in moments of enfeebling grief,
of times when you feel you’re falling —
falling into the great abyss
conjure up that unique gateway
that only you know to exist
evoke it, deem it most worthy
watch sorrow flutter, float, and shift.

Jack saw his beanstalk touch heaven
and from his big cosmic abode,
formed a pathway for his purpose
energetic vibration drew.
If you like, see yourself wading
in my rapturous babbling brook
where the tide tugs at your ankles

or swap it for your frequency.

Stay there as long as you need to
recall it often, manifest,
for all problems bring solutions
let life’s magic live out its course.
For your beanstalk to tomorrow
you command it in your thinking
so instruct it to be awesome:
in your fields of dandelions
watch sunflowers reserve space too
.

Welcome back, everyone, for the thirteenth day of Na/GloPoWriMo. While the number thirteen is sometimes considered unlucky, I hope today is your lucky day when it comes to writing poetry.
And now for our (optional) prompt! Today, in honor of
the potential luckiness
of the number 13,
I’d like to challenge you to
write a poem that,
like the
example poem
(click on link),
joyfully states that “Everything is Going to Be Amazing.”

Sometimes, good fortune can seem impossibly distant,
but
even if you can’t
drum up the enthusiasm to write yourself a riotous pep-talk,
perhaps you can
muse on the possibility of good things coming down the track.
As they say,
“the sun will come up tomorrow,”
and if nothing else, this world offers us
the persistent possibility of surprise.
